Websiter.ai provides custom web design, development, and related digital services ("Services") to individuals and businesses ("Client"). Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in a separate proposal or invoice for each project.
Payment terms are defined in your specific project proposal. Generally, a deposit is required to commence work, with the balance due upon project completion or defined milestones. We reserve the right to suspend services for late payments.
You agree to provide all necessary assets (text, images, credentials) in a timely manner. Delays in providing assets may extend the project timeline.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Websiter.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
